He brings over 40 years of sales experience and a deep commitment to ethics, having earned the "Rising Star Award" early in his career and topping the area for most homes sold and listed in 2003.

A member of the South Carolina, National, and Charleston Trident Associations of REALTORS®, Jim has lived in the Lowcountry since 1989 after growing up in the hills of Kentucky. He lives in Berkeley County with his wife, Pam, and regularly sponsors local youth activities.
